We want you to be completely in love with your Sister Jane pieces; however, if you are not satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Please ensure all garments are unworn, in their original condition, and still have all boutique tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring they are securely sealed to prevent any damage during transit.
Affix the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
